Corrections, missing events, takedown requests and advertising enquiries all reach a person.
Times, prices and venues come from the organisers, and the fastest fix is usually at the source: every listing links to the organiser's own page, and a correction there flows through here on the next collection run.
If the error is ours — a listing in the wrong borough, a duplicate, a page that will not load — tell us which page it is and what looks wrong, and we will fix it.
Email hello@nycnowguide.com. We read everything and reply to anything that needs a reply.
We collect from organisers' public feeds rather than from submissions, so the surest route is to have your event on your own site or on a venue calendar we already read. Send us the link and we will look at adding the source.
Paid placements are clearly labelled and rotate in the spotlight slot across the site. Prices and what you get are on the advertising page, which also has the enquiry form.
If you are the organiser of an event and want its listing removed, or you hold rights in a photograph used here and object to its use, write to us with the exact URL and we will act on it promptly. Photograph sources and licences are listed on the photo credits page.
Privacy questions — including a request to see or delete what little data we hold — are covered in the privacy policy and reach us the same way.
