Brazilian Movement with Maria Assis

Come join us to dance on the High Line! Brazilian movement is a unique and fun combination of Samba reggae from Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, and West African and Latino beats. All levels are welcome. This event is free and open to the public. All levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move around in. Water will be provided.Advance registration is encouraged. Walk-ups are welcome. The event is rain or shine—the event space is fully covered. In the event of extreme weather, this program may be canceled for the health and safety of our visitors and staff.
