The People’s Practice™ develops attention to individual needs while encouraging the support of a holistic community. Urban Yoga Foundation is a community-centered wellness organization offering mindfulness, movement, breathwork, nature-based practices, and healing. Through The People’s Practice, it supports schools, workplaces, educators, and communities with accessible programs that promote whole-person well-being. Founded by Ghylian Bell, the organization creates inclusive spaces that build resilience, connection, and collective healing.
